The Sacro Low Profile is ideal for tall body types and/or vehicles with limited headroom McCarty’s Sacro-Ease® Sacro Low Profile replaces the 1” memory foam in the seat of the Sacro Standard with ¼” foam to maximize head clearance. This is ideal for those that are very tall and/or have limited head room in their vehicle.
Sacro Low Profile is no ordinary lumbar support. Designed and patented by an Orthopedic Surgeon, it is designed for custom fitment to your specific lumbar needs. The annealed carbon steel frame allows the lumbar support to be custom fit and fined tuned to your body for perfect posture and maximum back pain relief and the 1” visco-elastic memory foam in the back and 1/4” foam in the seat alleviate pain caused by pressure points. Portable and Flexible: While our seats are designed for maximum pain relief in automotive seats, they can also be used in a wide variety of seating situations including airplanes, office chairs, stadium/theater seats, dining chairs, etc. The attached carrying handle makes it easy to transport your McCarty’s seat anywhere you need it.
*McCarty’s Sacro-Ease products not ordered through, or prescribed by a Doctor or medical professional will ship with a ‘factory lumbar bend’. This can be adjusted as needed, call us any time for assistance in this process to get the most out of your McCarty’s product.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Pillows are considered "Personal Care Items" and can not be returned once oped/used due to California law.
All Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
