General Returns:
Most new, unused, items in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs:
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refund Process:
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
This period includes transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), processing time for the return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please call us at 1-800-635-3557 or 208-765-8408 to receive instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
Note: The 20% re-stocking fee is applicable to all returns, and the return shipping costs will be covered by us only in the case of our error.
