Our story

Built in a small Idaho workshop, worn by patients on six continents.

In 1972, an orthopedic surgeon and a seamstress in a Idaho mountain town started sewing lumbar cushions for patients who couldn't sit comfortably after surgery. Fifty-plus years later, every Sacroease is still cut, shaped and stitched by hand in that same shop.
